How does the subscription service work?


Happy Agility is a subscription-based service, which means that your plan auto-renews every quarter or year (depending on the term you choose)




Can I deploy on our private domain and database?


Yes , absolutely! Applicable only for Enterprise version.




We want to cancel our subscription. Can we get a refund?


Admins can change the subscription level. There are two options when downgrading from a paid subscription to the Free subscription: We can automatically downgrade you to the Free subscription at your next renewal date. Your subscription will remain active at its current level until the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for. Alternatively, you can downgrade to the Free subscription immediately. If there is more than one day until your renewal date, we will adjust the remaining balance on your account pro-rata and hold it on your account as a credit. You can use that credit towards reactivation of your paid subscription in the future. We do not offer refunds.




Will my data be private and safe?


Absolutely! All your records are private, secure and therefore can be viewed & used only by you
